According to a Mellon announcement, Aramanda will join Mellon’s Executive Management Group and will be recommended to the Board of Directors as a vice chairman at its April board meeting. Previously he was President and CEO of Mellon Investor Services, a position he had held since 1995.
Julian Clark succeeds Aramanda as President and CEO of Mellon Investor Services. Joseph LoCicero, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Buck Consultants, and Jude Metcalfe, President of Mellon HR Solutions, will report to Aramanda.
