Arm Twisting Continues Ahead of PBOR Vote

July 27, 2001 ( ? Arm-twisting continued on the Hill yesterday, as GOP leaders tried to rein in defectors, and President Bush met with House leaders, including the co-sponsor of a competing version of a patients' bill of rights.
