ASI Enhances Portfolio Forecaster

Software, Inc. has released a couple of enhancements to its
ASI Portfolio Forecaster.

ASI Portfolio Forecaster is a Web-based Monte Carlo simulator that performs 1,500 simulations of possible outcomes to model investment portfolios with user-defined cash flow goals and time horizons. With the enhancements, users of the tool can now run a Monte Carlo simulation over a one to 50 year horizon, and a new copy/paste feature allows a user to import information from other Web sites, according to a company announcement.
In October, Pension Dynamics made ASI Portfolio Forecaster available to 401(k) plan participants who use the firm’s Web-based platform (See Pension Dynamics Offers ASI Portfolio Forecaster to Participants ).
