The relationship will provide Ceridian and Aspire clients the capability to directly link data from Ceridian human resource and payroll accounts to Aspire’s retirement management system, resulting in automated data flow. According to the firms, this automation will reduce errors, as well as the time and effort employers spend on the operational aspects of administering retirement plans.
Backed by Aspire’s conflict-free, open-architecture platform, Ceridian human resource and payroll system users will now be able to connect to the Aspire Retirement Management System, providing clients with a seamless link from the employer’s payroll provider directly to the recordkeeper. The relationship will automate the process of calculating, recording and remitting employee contribution amounts, as well as monitoring and reporting.
