AUL Appoints Sales Director to Support Dallas Market
June 7, 2010 (PLANSPONSOR.com) - The retirement services division at American United Life Insurance Company (AUL), a OneAmerica company, has appointed Thomas E. Pohlmann to the position of regional sales director in the Southwest region based in Dallas.

Reporting to AUL Vice President of National Sales and Service Distribution Mark Glavin, Pohlmann will provide support to financial professionals in the Dallas market who sell 401(k), 403(b), and 457 plans to their clients.
According to a press release, Pohlmann’s most recent position as the managing director for the Southern region with Prudential Retirement spanned almost 17 years. Pohlmann began his career as a pension consultant for M.L. Kerns Co. in 1983 after earning a master’s degree from Washington University in St. Louis.
Following M.L. Kerns Co., Pohlmann spent several years managing pension marketing, recruitment and training for CPI Pension Services, and MTrust Corp., eventually becoming the regional director at Provident National. Additionally, he serviced several Fortune 500 companies.
