Barra Execs Set Up New Shop

February 18, 2002 (PLANSPONSOR.com) - Former executives of Barra Strategic Consulting Group, including John F. Casey, the firm's former head and co-founder of RogersCasey, have set up a new firm.

Other founding principals of the new firm, Casey, Quirk & Acito LLC., include Kevin P. Quirk, Christopher J. Acito, Jeb B. Doggett, and David J. Bauer.

Casey will be chairman of the new company, which will be based in Connecticut. The firm’s consulting services will include:

– development of corporate strategy
– advice on mergers and acquisitions
– investment process assessment and monitoring
– development of manager-of-managers programs
