BISYS Unveils Retirement Planning Web Site

June 18, 2003 (PLANSPONSOR.com) - BISYS Retirement Services has uncorked a new Web-based retirement planning tool designed to help financial services firms and retirement plan sponsors educate individuals on retirement planning and related investing.

In addition to retirement planning advice and links that help users explore various retirement saving options, Retirement Central incorporates a new strategic alliance between BISYS and Precision Information (PI), according to a news release.

The alliance incorporates 21 interactive educational tutorials developed by PI, covering a range of topic such as investing basics and strategy, stocks, bonds and debt instruments, mutual funds, insurance and annuities, and estate planning. In addition to developing the online learning material for BISYS, PI also will provide a series of feature articles on retirement planning topics. 

Further, while PI will leverage its experience in consumer-based financial education to help BISYS serve this market niche, BISYS will promote and market PI’s flagship product, The Encyclopedia of Personal Finance 2003, and additional PI services to its client base.
