Black Mountain Deal Completed

Outsourcing Inc., a subsidiary of Chicago-based
Benefitdecisions Inc., has completed the acquisition of the
US operations of HR outsourcing firm Black Mountain
Management Inc.

According to a news release, Black Mountain will continue to operate out of its New York office under its brand name, Black Mountain Group (SeeLife After HR ).
“Black Mountain provides us with the depth and breath of capabilities in HR consulting and outsourcing that are highly complementary to our current employee benefits services,” said Mark Matuscak, founder and president of Benefitdecisions.
Chicago-based Benefitdecisions is an employee benefits consulting, risk management and brokerage services provider.
