The “Managing Stress on and off the Job” Training Kit is comprised of a 30-slide PowerPoint presentation and a 16-page employee booklet. The two media tools attempt to show employees how to approach and manage stressful situations.
In its press release, BLR said that the training kit is especially pertinent, with the American Psychological Association reporting that 54% of employees are concerned about stress-related health issues, and 25% have taken a day off to cope with stress.
