BNY Mellon Offers Corporate Governance Tool to Institutional Investors

August 2, 2007 (PLANSPONSOR.com) - BNY Mellon Asset Servicing has come out with a corporate governance reporting tool to alert institutional investors about upcoming shareholder meetings, its positions in the companies holding these events, and share lending information.

According to a press release, the corporate governance information on these companies will be available on the latest version of Workbench, a browser-based information delivery system.
