CBH Pensions Joins Alliance Benefit Group
February 15, 2008 (PLANSPONSOR.com) - CBH Pensions,
Inc., provider of retirement plan consulting and
administrative services, announced it has joined Alliance
Benefit Group, a national network of independently owned
retirement plan consulting and administration
firms.

According to the announcement, there is no change in ownership, but CBH is changing its name to ABG Carolinas, LLC. The firm also announced a move from its old Web site, www.cbhpensions.com , to www.abgcarolinas.com .
“The decision to formally align with Alliance Benefit Group reinforces our commitment to the needs of our plan sponsor clients and participant,” said Jim Comer, President of ABG Carolinas, in the announcement. He pointed out that by joining Alliance Benefit Group, the firm can utilize its resources.
