The Ceridian Mid-Life and Retirement Planning system is meant to educate employees on the various aspects of the retirement, according to a press release from the company.
This move comes as part of the National Retirement Planning Week, which started Monday, according to Ceridian. It hopes to offer a holistic approach that meets with the goals of the National Retirement Planning Coalition, which is the driving force behind the week-long observance, according to the company.
The Ceridian program enables participants to look at their entire financial picture, as well as non-financial areas of life, according to the release. These include aging well, managing finances, saving for retirement, and designing a retirement life that brings satisfaction and fulfillment, the company asserts.
