Commerce Bancorp Consolidates RK with First Mercantile

Commerce Bancorp has chosen First Mercantile to be its
third-party provider of defined contribution plans.

The Memphis, Tennessee-based retirement plan provider will deliver daily record keeping, administration, and investment services through a private-label platform, which it will develop and administer.
Previously Commerce Bancorp had worked with a variety of providers.
First Mercantile will also provide a customized Web site for defined contribution plan sponsors and participants who are clients of Commerce Bancorp, allowing participants to access account balances, customized reports and investment education material, and make changes to investment selections.
