Asynchrony Solutions, Inc and IMlogic, Inc. are teaming to provide an online product combining Envoke, Asynchrony’s instant messaging (IM) platform and IM Manager, IMlogic’s IM management software.
The companies said they are targeting health care and financial services companies as potential IM clients.
Envoke is a messaging platform that allows companies to securely integrate messaging and awareness throughout the organization including help desks and e-commerce sites, the announcement said.
IMlogic IM Manager deals with IM control, security, reporting, archiving and compliance.
The companies said Envoke conforms to regulatory requirements for logging and archiving.
