Consultant Announces Enhanced Plan Sponsor and Participant Web Sites

Enhancements to the company’s plan sponsor Web site include participant searches and lists, which gives plan sponsors the ability to create lists of participants based on five separate search filters – age, total assets, termination date, funds invested in, and number of funds invested in. The searches can combine different filters, and the participants’ contact information can be included.

Other enhancements include providing plan sponsors with the ability to check the status of loans and distribution status, to monitor the progress of their plan conversion at CPI, and to access information systems regarding plan valuation and compliance. This last system, called The Spider, includes benefit statements, report packages, annual compliance testing and reports, and plan documentation.

Enhancements for participants include the ability to now receive benefit statement via e-mail, as well as access to the Summary Plan Description.
