A news release said Gosnell, in the newly created role, will be responsible for the company’s recordkeeping, administration, daily operations, compliance and consulting services.
Gosnell has more than 21 years’ experience in the retirement industry, including the management of retirement plan services, trust accounting and disclosure, and Employee Retirement Income Security Act compliance, according to the announcement. She previously served as Senior Vice President and Trust Officer at Regions Financial Corporation, where she directed the Institutional Trust Services Recordkeeping Division.

Gosnell will report to Gregg Wood, chief operating officer.
