Davies Returns to AllianceBernstein to Lead DC Business
December 12, 2013 (PLANSPONSOR.com) – Richard (Dick) Davies has returned to AllianceBernstein.

He rejoins the company as co-head of North American Institutional to lead its defined contribution business. He will partner with Joel Stevens, co-head of North American Institutional.
“We see defined contribution as critical to the growth of our institutional business,” an AllianceBernstein spokesperson told PLANSPONSOR.
In March 2011, Davies joined Russell Investments as managing director of its defined contribution business. Prior to that, he was at AllianceBernstein for 15 years in various leadership roles, including senior managing director, defined contribution and sub-advisory relationships, prior to leaving.
