The newshareclass, available to plan sponsors with total plan assets under $10 million, is geared to support Delaware’s 401(k), ERISA 403(b), Governmental457,Profit Sharing and Money Purchase plans, and non-qualifieddeferred compensation arrangements. Since plans above $10 million in total assets are eligible to purchase A shares at NAV, these plans are ineligible for R share purchases, according to a news release.

The multi-manager platform is available to plan sponsors with $1millionor more in total plan assets. Plans with less than $1 million of assetsqualify for a platform offering R share funds managed by DelawareInvestments.
