Diversified Releases Tool to Track Investment Performance
The Diversified Fund Evaluation Report allows plan
sponsors to create quarterly reports to be able to gauge
whether investments are reaching the plans’ set goals.
According to a release, the product pinpoints funds that
are underperforming or meeting investment marks. The
product also outlines relevant observations for each fund
and includes commentaries on underlying issues that may
influence the fund evaluation process.
Another key benefit of the Diversified Fund Evaluation
Report is that it helps plan sponsors meet their
fiduciary responsibilities by monitoring their plans’
investments, ensuring stated objectives. Before the
report is created, the Purchase, New York-based company
works with the plan sponsor to draft an Investment Policy
Statement or to adjust an existing one.
“Our goal was to make the evaluation process simpler and
more focused for plan sponsors, while providing a
comprehensive report that would document the
decision-making process logically and more
transparently,” said Patricia Advaney, vice president of
Diversified’s Investment Solutions Group, in the release.
“It gives plan sponsors an effective tool to help them
more easily comply with their fiduciary
responsibilities.”
