DoL Offers Free Fiduciary Compliance Seminar

May 5, 2008 (PLANSPONSOR.com) - The U.S. Department of Labor's Employee Benefits Security Administration (EBSA) will sponsor "Getting It Right - Know Your Fiduciary Responsibilities," a free compliance assistance seminar next month.

The seminar, part of EBSA’s national fiduciary education campaign to increase awareness and understanding of basic responsibilities associated with operating private sector retirement plans, will be held on June 10 at the Embassy Suites Denver Southeast.

Partners for the event include the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the Society for Human Resource Management, the National Federation of Independent Business and the U.S. Small Business Administration.
