DOL Offers Voluntary Fiduciary Correction Program Webinar
Webinar attendees will learn how to use the Voluntary Fiduciary Correction Program.

The Department of Labor’s (DOL) Employee Benefits Security Administration is holding a Voluntary Fiduciary Correction Program webinar in March.
Attendees will receive instructions about how to make corrections and use the Voluntary Fiduciary Correction Program (VFCP).
Plan sponsors may learn if they are eligible for relief from Internal Revenue Service (IRS) excise taxes and how they might pay their retirement plan the amount they would otherwise owe in excise tax.
Pre-registration for the webinar is required by March 23, 2015. Registration is limited to the first 100 registrants. The webinar is March 24, 2015, from 11:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. PST.
