Dughi Resigns from CitiStreet

January 13, 2005 (PLANSPONSOR.com) - CitiStreet president and board member Robert Dughi has announced his retirement.

Mark Skinner will take over the operations in New Jersey that were previously run by Dughi, according to a news release. Dughi has been in the benefits business for almost three decades, according to the release, founding The Copeland Companies and joining Citigroup and then CitiStreet.

Skinner will now be president and CEO of CitiStreet Associates in East Brunswick, NJ. The East Brunswick operation focuses on health care and educational benefits plans. He has been in the retirement plan business for 30 years, according to the press release. He is a registered representative and principal with the National Association of Securities Dealers.

Skinner holds a BS from the University of Maine, and has completed the Stanford University Graduate School of Business program for executives.
