EAP Provider Adds Web Offering

June 14, 2005 (PLANSPONSOR.com) - EAP Consultants, Inc., a Marietta, Georgia-based employee assistance firm, is now offering a group of online, interactive self-help programs for a range of behavioral health problems.

A news release said the new offering, The Life Improvement Center, includes online programs for depression, stress, grief, eating disorders, low self-esteem, guilt, and other problems. Exercises and tools help members identify problems and triggers, change self-defeating thoughts and behavior, develop strategies to improve their mood, mental health, and well-being, and prevent relapse.

Participants can record and track behavior and mood, schedule therapeutic activities, measure progress on a treatment plan, send information to their therapist, and create their own personal library of helpful tools and exercises.
