EBSA Fiduciary Seminar to be Offered in St. Louis
November 24, 2009 (PLANSPONSOR.com) – The U.S. Department of Labor's Employee Benefits Security Administration (EBSA) has scheduled a fiduciary education seminar for December 8 in St. Louis.

According to an EBSA news release, the session, “Getting It Right – Know Your Fiduciary Responsibilities,” is scheduled to start at 8:30 a.m. CST and conclude at 4:30 p.m. CST. The meeting is at the Robert A. Young Federal Building, Second Floor Auditorium – Room 2-308, 1222 Spruce St.
Partners in presenting the seminar include the Society for Human Resource Management, National Federation of Independent Business, American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, and U.S. Small Business Administration, EBSA said.
