Employment Screening Firm Launches Free Interview-Generator Web Site
The free tool allows employers to build interview forms for any position while avoiding potential discrimination charges, according to a press release from ESR. Employers can select generic interview questions or create their own questions, and then create a printed form that can be saved or reused for further interviews.
Employers can also receive five “integrity” questions from the service, which are meant to weed out applicants with inappropriate criminal records or who are lying on their resume.
