ExpertPlan Picks up Philadelphia-Area TPA
A news release said Actuarial Enterprises, Inc. (AEI) will relocate its employees to ExpertPlan’s East Windsor, New Jersey, headquarters and operate as a wholly owned subsidiary.
The acquisition of AEI, ExpertPlan’s second in nine months (See ExpertPlan Acquires Recordkeeping Software Company ), gives ExpertPlan access to defined benefit and insurance-based products and will allow the recordkeeper to start converting over AEI’s defined contribution plans, according to the announcement.
“In acquiring Actuarial Enterprises, ExpertPlan is widening its product base by forming key partnerships with respected industry experts in key sectors, all the while maintaining our disciplined focus on providing high quality recordkeeping,” said Julian Onorato, ExpertPlan CEO, in the announcement.
