Exult To Acquire ReloAction

April 22, 2004 (PLANSPONSOR.com) - Exult Inc has signed an agreement to acquire ReloAction.

Exult, a provider of HR-led Business Process Outsourcing (BPO), expects the acquisition to expand the effectiveness of its offerings while continuing to grow ReloAction’s non-HR BPO client base. Also, Exult looks at the acquisition as a way to fulfill the Irvine, California-based company’s goal of increasing the proportion of its revenue derived from direct services, according to a news release.

Exult expects to integrate ReloAction into its global relocation services to “take advantage of technological and operational synergies.” The acquisition of ReloAction is expected to close during the second quarter of 2004 subject to the satisfaction of customary closing conditions.

ReloAction provides relocation services for corporations and is based in Pleasanton, California.
