According to a news release, the phone-based JobFlash system sources, prescreens and schedules employment interviews with qualified candidates around the clock. Employers use JobFlash by either forwarding their current hotline to a JobFlash hotline account set up for them or by simply using the JobFlash hotline itself.
The company said the service is primarily aimed at companies that hire hourly and part-time workers. The news release said the service can be particularly effective because of its bilingual capability and because it does not require a computer or computer skills.
