Trust Company's beefed up voice response unit.

Participants can now reallocate their account balances into new investments, apply for loans, and move money between funds, the Memphis, Tennessee-based company said.
Hours of operation at the call center supporting the voice system have also expanded from 8:30am to 5pm CST to 7am until 7pm Monday through Friday, First Mercantile said.
First Mercantile also assigned more employees to answer investor questions, the company said.
The expansion of the call center was facilitated by a
move to the company’s affiliate office in Durham, North
Carolina, and by the in-house development of new
software.
