First Mercantile Provides User Guide to TPAs

“Our philosophy at First Mercantile is to listen to our outside plan administrators and learn what tools they need to successfully administer their First Mercantile plans,” stated Rick Hansen, National Sales Director, in the announcement. “This guide not only gives them detailed procedural and operational aspects of our program, but it lets them see what features are available to their plan sponsor clients and empowers them to answer any questions these clients may have.”

Plan administrators can research information in the guide by topic, according to the announcement. The Web-based format means the guide can be updated promptly as federal regulations change, as First Mercantile policies and procedures are updated, and as product enhancements occur.
