Advisors using Fiserv ISS will now have access to AssetMark’s suite of separately managed account offerings, including Individually Managed Accounts, Consolidated Managed Accounts and Separately Managed Portfolios (see Money Manager Launches Advisor Support Effort ).
The separately managed account program allows Fiserv ISS advisor clients to select from institutional investment managers. Advisors can select from individual, style-specific investment managers, or complete asset allocation models in one account through AssetMark’s recently launched Consolidated Managed Accounts solution.
“With this new program, advisors working with Fiserv ISS will have access to our comprehensive, open-architecture investment program,” said Richard Steiny, president of AssetMark. “This will enable those advisors to spend more time, energy and resources on client relationship management, business development and increasing the profitability of their businesses.”
Separately managed accounts have emerged as a point of differentiation for many financial advisors, as attested by a series of SMA product enhancements (see Citi Releases SMA Back Office Service Suite , Morningstar Launches SMA Research, SMA Recordkeeping System Unveiled Products , BISYS Enters Separately Managed Account Space ).
