Gallagher Releases Fiduciary Risk Mitigation Process Manual
June 2, 2010 (PLANSPONSOR.com) - Gallagher Retirement Services has released its 2010 editions of its Fiduciary Risk Mitigation Process Manual.

The process manual comes in four editions for ERISA plans, ERISA 403(b) plans, non-ERISA 403(b) plans and Non-qualified Plans. Gallagher’s Fiduciary Risk Mitigation Process assists clients in achieving adherence to their plan fiduciary obligations, duties and requirements, the company said.
The FRMP includes educational articles of various topics, checklists, sample documents and notices. The 2010 edition includes additional information on who can and can’t serve on retirement plan committees and new 403(b) checklists.
