Each portal then contains information and tools specific to the customer group through “e-workbenches,” a series of applications that allows users to customize their Web pages and initiate benefits transactions online.
In particular the plan sponsor portal offers access to:
- Employee Roster on e-Eligibility – allows for online submissions
- e-Bill – administrators will receive email when their current bill is updated and can view past premium statements
Participants can also find information on their benefit plans through the Explanation of Benefits (EOB) statements in the participant portal. These statements offer additional information on participant medical, dental, and vision plans.
