That’s all part of Genesys Software Systems’ rollout of its PeopleComeFirst HR Business Process Outsourcing, designed to provide organizations with outsourcing services, including integrated payroll, HR, benefits, employee self-service, and tax filing, as well as optional value-added services such as flexible spending accounts, COBRA management, and commuter benefit programs.
The Massachusetts-based firm, founded in 1981, is a provider of software and outsourcing services for human resource (HR) management, payroll, benefits, and learning management. The conversion fee waiver and money-back guarantee are part of the market introduction for organizations choosing the new, all-inclusive service.
“We’re introducing this service in direct response to market need,” said Ruth Ladner, chief operating officer for Genesys. “This economy dictates that companies continue to look for greater cost efficiencies. HR outsourcing typically brings bottom-line expense reduction and offers excellent value for the money. It also frees essential HR personnel from time-consuming routine tasks, enabling them to focus on strategic responsibilities such as employee development and performance management.”
Pricing for PeopleComeFirst BPO service is determined by:
- the level of service selected,
- number of employees in the organization, and
- payroll frequency.
Genesys notes that client contracts specify a monthly per-employee fee to ensure companies can accurately predict costs through the duration of the contract. It also notes that conversion fee waivers are given to those organizations meeting established size and pay frequency requirements.
