According to a Gevity news release, Gevity clients can select from expanded offerings as part of their annual enrollment activities, which will be completed by August 31. Gevity now offers more than 200 different health plan options around the country, the company said.
The company said in the news release that it can offer single-digit cost increases in many areas despite double-digit price hikes in the health coverage market overall.
“Effectively managing benefits, including providing more choices and affordability, clearly improves employee motivation and increases retention – both of which are key elements in achieving workforce alignment, ” said Chairman and Chief Executive Officer Erik Vonk, in the news release. “And, as we counsel our clients, there is a growing body of powerful evidence that workforce alignment is strongly correlated with small business success, namely, higher profits, increased sales and improved customer satisfaction.”
