Great-West Appoints TPA Relationship Manager

July 20, 2011 (PLANSPONSOR.com) - Great-West Retirement Services has appointed Daniel Friel third-party administrator (TPA) relationship manager for the East region.

Friel is responsible for maintaining existing TPA relationships as well as growing Great-West Retirement Services’ TPA-supported 401(k) business. He is based in Boston and reports to Tom Connolly, vice president, business development.

According to a press release, prior to joining Great-West Retirement Services, Friel served as a relationship manager in institutional sales with Daily Access Corporation. He also spent nearly 10 years in various service and analyst positions at Fidelity Investments.
