Greenwich Associates Picks Up Asset Mgt. Product Suite

November 10, 2003 (PLANSPONSOR.com) - Consultant Greenwich Associates, has acquired Competitive Challenges, a knowledge and business solutions product suite for the asset management industry, from Capital Resource Holdings, LLC.

Competitive Challenges encompasses business strategy, employee compensation and value sharing, marketing, sales, distribution, and process improvement, according to the firm. Originally created in 1989, it is used by over 100 investment management organizations in the United States and Europe, according to a Greenwich news release.

Competitive Challenges will be headquartered in Greenwich, Connecticut, and managed by Dev Clifford, a Managing Director and head of the Greenwich Investment Management Practice. He will be responsible for the day-to-day management of Competitive Challenges’ knowledge products and solution consulting activities, as well as leading selected client contacts.

The acquisition will enhance Greenwich’s ability to help managers implement change to maximize long-run profitability, according to the announcement.
