Guardian Helps Spanish-Speaking Employees with Enrollment

Life Insurance Company of America has made enhancements to
its employee benefit enrollment services by adding more
features to serve the Spanish-speaking workforce.

The company has introduced customized Spanish language benefit enrollment kits, according to a press release.
Guardian says this latest enhancement complements existing bilingual services such as communications that raise awareness of plan offerings and a toll-free employee benefits hotline available in over 50 languages.
“This latest enhancement to our enrollment services addresses the unique and diverse needs of small and mid-size business owners and their employees,” said Elena Wu, 2nd vice president of Group Marketing and Worksite for Guardian, in the press release.
