According to a news media announcement, the plan-specific books designed to lure employees to sign up for their employer-sponsored retirement savings plan come from Hartford’s Institutional Solutions Group.
The booklets include custom highlights specific to each plan, as well as information on plan-specific investment options and performance. In addition, an educational section is designed to encourage employee participation.
Hartford offers this customized service through Newkirk, a financial-services industry publisher.
