HCI Names New CEO
September 1, 2011 (PLANSPONSOR.com) – The Human Capital Institute (HCI) announced Carl Rhodes, Ph.D., has been named Chief Executive Officer.

Rhodes has served as HCI’s Chief Operating Officer since 2009, and brings over 20 years of academic, business and executive experience. He has previously served as CEO of Kairos Networks, in multiple leadership roles at the Corporate Executive Board (CEB), and as a professor of methodology and American politics at the University of Cincinnati.
Rhodes replaces HCI founder Michael Foster, who will remain Chairman of the Board.
