Hewitt Adds to Health Care Consulting Expertise

The firm has particular expertise in the health care field, both in the hospital industry as well as with nursing homes and long-term care facilities, according to a Hewitt news release. In his new role at Hewitt Associates, Chute will manage the company’s Health Care Industry team, part of Hewitt’s Health Management consulting practice.

In addition, Fiona Francis who has been a senior benefit consultant and vice president with John Chute & Associates for 14 years, is joining Hewitt. She provides benefit consulting services to the health care sector as well as to some of the firm’s other private sector clients. Prior to joining Chute’s firm, she had experience as a senior group insurance underwriter and client services manager with a large Canadian insurance company.

Chute noted that clients of John Chute & Associates will benefit from the move to Hewitt. “Hewitt’s global strength and extensive HR consulting and outsourcing expertise will enhance the scope of services our clients have been receiving from the Chute team in the past,” he said in the announcement.
