Hewitt Debuts Web Diagnostic Tool

January 22, 2002 (PLANSPONSOR.com) - Hewitt Associates unveiled a diagnostic service that aims to help companies to identify and solves problems plaguing their intranets and corporate Web sites.

According to a media release, the service entails:

  • gathering information about a troubled Web application by administering questionnaires and conducting interviews,
  • reviewing a client’s Web strategy, technology, content and measurement tools and then diagnosing the problem using Hewitt iScan, and finally,
  • issuing a Hewitt iScan Scorecard, a site analysis, and a detailed report recommending changes
