Hewitt Names U.S. Market Group Consulting Leaders

The Consulting Group leaders are responsible for structuring Hewitt’s services to best meet the needs of clients in the regions they serve, as well as developing and executing Hewitt’s regional sales and accounts strategy.

Byron Beebe has been named U.S. Market Group Consulting Leader for Hewitt’s Midwest region, including the Chicago, Cleveland, Detroit, Minneapolis, Milwaukee, Pittsburgh, and St. Louis offices. He is based in Hewitt’s Cleveland office. Prior to his appointment as Market Group Consulting Leader, he was a practice leader for Hewitt’s Retirement and Financial Management practice.

Andy Hiles has been named U.S. Market Group Consulting Leader for Hewitt’s Southeast region, including the Atlanta, Charlotte, Memphis, Miami, Orlando and Washington D.C. offices. He is based in Hewitt’s Atlanta office. Hiles will continue to work directly with large organizations in the development of Human Resources, Total Rewards and Total Benefit strategies. In the past, he has served as Hewitt’s national solutions leader in these areas.

Lana Hillebrand has been named U.S. Market Group Consulting Leader for Hewitt’s Western region, including offices in Dallas, Newport Beach, San Francisco and The Woodlands. She is based in Hewitt’s Dallas office. Prior to her appointment, Lana led Hewitt’s consulting sales and accounts team in the Western region.

Petra Slater has been named U.S. Market Group Consulting Leader for Hewitt’s Northeast region, including the Boston, Connecticut, New Jersey, New York and Philadelphia offices. She is based in Hewitt’s New York City office. Petra has served in leadership roles within client development, as well as in Hewitt’s consulting practice, for more than 10 years.
