A news release from Workstream Inc., announced the following new products:
- Workstream Recruitment Professional – includes automated requisition management and candidate management capabilities; search and communication tools; support for English and French languages; and a career Web site.
- Workstream Performance Professional – includes a performance appraisal with goal management, job responsibilities, competencies, an integrated link to the employee’s development plan, employee-manager comparison view, and a signoff and submission process.
- Workstream Development Professional – includes Workstream’s Competency Dictionary with more than 9,000 competences and more than 400 job and role profiles; integrated development planning; and a set of manager coaching tips and on-the-job development steps.
According to the announcement, Workstream is broadening its product line to target companies with between 100 and 2,500 employees.
