Improvements Made to ING Employee Benefits Online Services

August 17, 2004 (PLANSPONSOR.com)—ING Employee Benefits upgraded its online services for employer groups hoping to help those managing an employee benefits plan increase their efficiency, flexibility and ease of administration.

The enhancements include, according to a press release:

  • online reports including Special Underwriting reports and a variety of life, disability and stop loss reports for groups with at least 1,000 lives
  • online personalized information and documents  
  • online evidence of insurability (EOI) process to simplify the gathering and processing of the personal and health information  
  • online billing for self-accounting customers allowing them to reconcile and recalculate monthly billing statements and make payments online.

ING says access to most services is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
