The enhancements include, according to a press release:
- online reports including Special Underwriting reports and a variety of life, disability and stop loss reports for groups with at least 1,000 lives
- online personalized information and documents
- online evidence of insurability (EOI) process to simplify the gathering and processing of the personal and health information
- online billing for self-accounting customers allowing them to reconcile and recalculate monthly billing statements and make payments online.
ING says access to most services is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
