The offering includes a Roth calculator to help participants decide if a Roth plan is right for them, according to the announcement. The calculator helps participants compare both current take-home pay and future retirement income under various contribution scenarios.
The Roth calculator takes into consideration assumed tax rates as well as the participant’s risk tolerance and the assumption that the investment portfolio will become more conservative as retirement approaches, the announcement said. In addition, a “Smart Statement” component helps users factor in other issues affecting their decision.
Through the calculator, participants can access links to “help” and other online educational information about Roth accounts.
For plan sponsors the offering includes complete set up and ongoing administration, investment research and selection of menu options, plan compliance, and participant recordkeeping and reporting. Invesmart will also provide Roth consulting services to sponsors as needed.
