IRS ESOP Review Worksheet Revised
August 2, 2011 (PLANSPONSOR.com) - The Internal Revenue Service has created a revised three-page Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP) Review Worksheet to be used for plans’ initial review, the National Center for Employee Ownership (NCEO) reports.
