IRS to Discuss 403(b) Written Plan Requirements
June 5, 2012 (PLANSPONSOR.com) - The Internal Revenue Service (IRS) Employee Plans 403(b) Compliance Planning Group will address frequent questions pertaining to the 403(b) written plan requirements.

In a free phone forum, IRS employees will discuss how the agency is approaching the written plan requirement under audit. The forum will also address common operational issues identified in 403(b) plans.
Specific matters attendees would like the speakers to address can be e-mailed to ep.phoneforum@irs.gov on or before June 1. The phone forum will be held June 12.
