JPMorgan to Pick Up Hedge Fund Firm

July 20, 2004 (PLANSPONSOR.com) - JPMorgan has has agreed to acquire Tranaut Fund Administration Ltd., a privately-owned hedge fund administration services company.

The banking company said in a news release that its acquisition is expected to close during the third quarter.
