Kauser Launches New No-Load Market Neutral Fund

June 11, 2003 (PLANSPONSOR.com) - Kauser Management, LLC has released a new market neutral mutual fund, holding an assortment of long and short positions in a variety of market capitalizaitons.

The Technical Chart Fund is a no-load mutual fund with a minimum investment requirement of $5,000, $1,000 for retirement accounts, and it is part of the Professionally Managed Portfolio Series serviced by US Bancorp Fund Services, LLC.   Investment strategy is based on “Technical Chart Analysis,” which is concerned with a security’s price trends over a specific period, unlike fundamental analysis, which is concerned with the financial position of a particular company, according to a news release.

The Fund’s market neutral strategy is designed to limit volatility by holding both long and short positions in the Fund.   Even though both positions will be held in the Fund, it will at no time hold more short than long positions, according to the release.
